Her approach is to work together with the client to discover what it is that will help change the things the client is concerned about. She explores how the client has adjusted to changes in their lives and works to identify “stuck” points. Ms. Scott will help the client identify thoughts that he or she may be having that are disrupting the way the client would like to feel or move forward in his or her life.
